Questions shop owners ask
What happens when the internet drops?
The till keeps selling. Products are cached on the device, sales queue locally and sync in order once you are back online. Each sale carries a unique key, so nothing is recorded twice.
What hardware do I need?
Any device with a modern browser. A touchscreen helps. Receipts are sized for 80mm thermal printers, and USB barcode scanners work out of the box.
How does the free trial work?
Register your business and start selling straight away, with no payment details. Before the trial ends, choose a monthly or yearly plan under Billing. If it ends first, your business becomes read-only until you pay. Nothing is deleted.
How do I pay for a plan?
Monthly or yearly by bank transfer. Upload the transfer receipt from the Billing page and we activate your plan once it is verified.
What if my subscription runs out?
Your business switches to read-only. You can still see every record, run reports and close open shifts. New sales resume as soon as you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Can cashiers give discounts or refunds on their own?
Line discounts are capped at 10% by default, and you can change the cap. Anything above it, and any refund a cashier is not allowed to make, needs a manager PIN on the spot.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own products, stock and registers. Move stock between branches with a transfer, and give staff access only to the branches they work at.
